1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the adda1 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the adda1 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

adda1 is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming activities. Our platform uses SSL encryption and follows fair play principles to provide a safe and reliable environment.

These Terms are effective from the date of their last update. adda1 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and play on adda1, you must meet the following conditions:

2.2 Account Verification

adda1 may request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents (such as a national identity card) may result in account suspension. Opening multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited; if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

3. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Always log out after using your account, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

adda1 will never ask for your password or full banking details via email or chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on adda1 is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Winnings earned using bonus funds require the relevant wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Review

adda1 reserves the right to review, delay, or reject any transaction, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, under anti-money laundering policies, or in the event of a technical error.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. The wagering multiplier is 25x. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• You may not claim another bonus while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.
• If adda1 suspects fraud or misuse in connection with any bonus, adda1 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their tier: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on adda1 are operated fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Each game has its own specific rules. Please read them before starting a game.
• If a technical error makes the outcome of a game uncertain, adda1 reserves the right to void that round.
• Disproportionate prizes displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be paid out.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the result has been confirmed.
• Specific bet limits may apply to certain games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adda1:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to collect bonuses dishonestly.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or use of software to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Misconduct or threats directed at other members or staff.
• Attempting to find technical vulnerabilities in the platform or hacking.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.

If evidence of any such activity is found, adda1 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By adda1

adda1 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Account verification has not been completed.
• For any legal or regulatory reason.

8.2 By the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to the terms outlined above.

9. Responsible Gaming

Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft) is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

adda1 will not be liable for:

• Games being interrupted due to technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Account credentials being stolen or accessed due to your own negligence.
• Delays or errors occurring with third-party payment services (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from game outcomes.

adda1's total liability in any circumstance will be limited to the total amount of the transaction in question.
